Doramine Enterprises Limited mobilises and manages investment, then puts it to work: building farm access roads, supplying public and development programmes, farming at commercial scale, and buying, selling and letting property.
About us
Since March 2015, Doramine has mobilised funding and delivered projects for government institutions, development partners and private clients across Uganda.
To date, we have raised USD 221 million for clients across East and Central Africa:
Fund mobilisation leads our work. We raise and place capital, then put it to work through construction, contract supplies, commercial agriculture and real estate. Together, these serve one aim: helping communities, beneficiary governments and investors in East Africa grow.
We hire and buy locally wherever we work, and we focus on opportunities for youth, women and persons with disabilities.
What we do
We connect projects and assets in Uganda with local and international capital.
We build and rehabilitate rural infrastructure for government ministries, and build housing developments.
We supply goods to government, development partners and humanitarian agencies.
We farm at commercial scale and are venturing into value addition to link farmer groups to markets.
We help buyers, sellers, landlords and investors find, verify and close on property in Uganda.

Leadership
Twinamatsiko Daniel Mwine founded Doramine Enterprises Limited in March 2015 and leads it as Director. He brings experience across agriculture, construction, mining and investment, with a strong record in public-private partnerships and finance mobilisation.
He has worked with the Government of Uganda for more than 10 years.
He also founded Piety Minerals – SMC Ltd, which supports artisanal gold miners in Namayingo and Busia to adopt safer, mercury-free methods. He runs Ranch No. 9 in Kiruhura District, with about 500 cattle and 1,200 goats.
